Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If you cancel your order during this period, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- It should be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Note: Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be coordinated through Mosicin.com.
Return Shipping Costs:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and verify your returned item along with your return tracking number, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
