Order Processing Once your order is confirmed, we’ll start preparing your items for shipment. Please double-check that your account email is correct to ensure you receive an order confirmation, which will include details such as your order number. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder and whitelist our email address.

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours.

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon - Fri).
  • Some items may take up to 4-5 business days, especially during holidays.
  • Popular items may ship within 24 hours.
  • Customized orders require 3-8 business days for processing.

In case of delays due to stock issues, we’ll notify you via email.

Custom Product Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1-5 business days to produce custom items.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping time depends on your location and method chosen at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are based on your destination and package weight. You can see the exact cost during checkout.

Important Notes

  1. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other import duties.
  2. Please provide complete and accurate shipping details, including apartment/unit numbers.
  3. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. If you insist on using one, it may take over 15 days to receive your order.
  4. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times vary by location, and exact estimates will be provided at checkout.
  5. Upon receiving your order, inspect the package for damage. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately.
