Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Some orders may take up to 4–5 business days, especially during holidays.

  • High-demand items may ship within 24 hours.

  • Customized orders require 3–8 business days for processing.

  • If delays occur due to stock issues, we’ll notify you by email.

Custom Products

  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days for production

  • Shipping Time: Varies by location and method selected at checkout

  • A tracking number will be provided once your custom order ships.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are based on your destination and package weight.

  • Exact costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or other import duties.

  • Please provide accurate and complete shipping details, including apartment or unit numbers.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. If used, delivery may take over 15 days.
